Important Travel Notice – Cancellation of Tokyo (NRT) Flights

As a result of Japan’s restrictions on additional flights from the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau, Greater Bay Airlines’ flight service to Tokyo, Narita between 12 and 31 January 2023 has to be cancelled.
 

Passengers who have booked and purchased tickets to Tokyo between 12 January 2023 and 31 January 2023 can rebook without paying an additional charge or request for a full refund.

1. For customers who booked/purchased tickets through travel agents, please contact their travel agent representatives for the rebooking and rerouting to other destinations or refund arrangements.
2. For customers who booked/purchased tickets through GBA’s official website please contact our Service Centre for rebooking and rerouting to other destinations or request for a refund via our website.
3. For customers who booked/purchased our ‘Extras’ services (i.e. Prepaid Baggage, Prepaid Seat and Prepaid Meals) through GBA’s office website, please request for a refund via our website.
   
   Refund can be made through the "Manage Booking" page of the GBA official website.

• Click ”GBA website”
• For log-in, please prepare the booking reference number and one of the customer’s names (family name and first/given name) of the booking
• After the booking information is displayed, click the button on the right hand side to apply for the Ticket/Extras product refund
• Click the button ”Apply for refund” and select ‘Involuntary Refund’
• Passenger will receive an email confirmation for their booking cancellation and an acknowledgement of their refund request
