T_Passengers may check-in online from 24 hours up to 90 minutes before flight departure via T_Online Check-inT_.
T_Alternatively, you can check-in at the airport. T_Please note that check-in counter opening and closing times may vary by location, and are subject to local airport restrictions. T_You are advised to check the specific T_airport information page T_of your departure airport for the latest information.
T_Passengers with valid e-tickets may use online check-in, except for passengers with special requests, or requiring special assistance such as wheelchair service or medical assistance. T_They are required to proceed to the airport check-in counter for flight check-in.
T_Online check-in is not available for group passengers. T_Please note that seating for group passengers will be arranged by the airline.
T_Online check-in is available from 24 hours up to 90 minutes before flight departure. T_Passengers with check-in baggage are required to arrive at the airport check-in counter at least 60 minutes prior to flight departure; passengers who fail to show up on time will not be checked in for their flight.
T_You are required to first cancel your online check-in via T_Manage BookingT_. T_Please refer to our T_Cancellation PolicyT_ for more information.

T_Normal situation
T_Please use one of the following methods to get and print your boarding pass(es):
- T_Self-printed boarding pass, after completion of online check-in.
- T_At the Common-Use Self-Service (CUSS) kiosk
- T_At the check-in counter upon arrival at the airport
T_Pandemic situation
T_In view of the global COVID-19 pandemic, all passengers are required to obtain their boarding pass(es) at the airport check-in counter.
